The Seal / No Seal Industry Research Group is tasked with determining what conditions will establish what is the most effective, both in terms of performance and life cycle cost. This effort includes the evaluation and development of best practices related to sealing with the intent of extending the life of concrete pavement. The group is working in cooperation with a large number of leading contractors and manufacturers responsible for the sealing and maintenance of pavement joints and cracks across the nation.
