Continuing education—essential for today’s concrete industry engineers

High agency engineer turnover has resulted in a knowledge gap regarding current roadway repair techniques and tools. Continuing education is, therefore, essential to ensuring best practices are understood and applied to highway projects.

In 2026, the IGGA is traveling the U.S. to educate engineers on concrete pavement repair best practices and highway surface texture remediation. We have already hosted two successful sessions this year in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Colorado, and are now accepting requests to add more sessions and locations.

As the leading technical and promotional resource for the acceptance and proper use of diamond grinding, grooving and concrete pavement preservation (CPP) techniques, the IGGA is pleased to offer these educational sessions FREE to owner agencies interested in educating their crews. We only require a classroom of attendees ready to learn.

Our program can be curated to cover specific topics of interest to your agency or provide a broad educational overview. Available modules include:

·     The concrete pavement repair toolkit

·     Benefits of saw cut surfaces

·     Improvement of ride quality and safety

·     Impact and remediation of highway noise pollution

Secure your session today to empower your team with critical engineering knowledge. Contact Nick Davis at Ndavis@IGGA.net to schedule.
